Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom, if najasa was still on some of the clothes then you need to rewash them again as they would be najis.

If only colour remains, then it wouldn't be necessary to rewash. For example you had some clothing with blood on it and the red stain remained while the actual substance was removed. In such a case the item would be tahir and colour wouldn't be an issue.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

Check in your Islamic laws book of your marja for details and conditions of when to perform this. It is like a normal  ghusl with a different intention.

Wudu isn't needed after ghusl al janabah and you would automatically have wudu unless you break it during or after your ghusl. For other non-janabah ghusls wudu must be made before or after if you wish to pray.

Asalamu Alaykom,

You can reassure your new Muslim friend that Allah swt is all merciful and all forgiving. Any actions performed during their time as a non Muslim will be forgiven inshallah and when they utter the testimony of faith it will be as if they are newly born with no sins.

You must try your best to wear hijab or make yourself in a situation which allows you to wear it. The family must not be obeyed when they ask you to do something against Islamic laws.

The act of selling perfume and oils is permissible. It isn't your responsibility relating to what someone would do with the perfume.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

The main things one should consider in looking for a spouse is religiosity and good manners. However there is no problem in preferring a specific type or also marrying someone if you like their culture.

Let's say for example that a woman wanted a Persian looking husband and liked Persian culture; this preference wouldn't be an issue as long as she pursued this in a halal manner.

So you may make dua for a religious spouse who fits your personal preferences.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

No this is not the case. The Shia Muslims believe that the prophet Mohammad (sawa) who possesses prophethood, messengership and imamah, is the highest of all creation. Anyone saying otherwise is a deviant and ignorant.

In a narration from Al-Kafi, Imam Ali (as) when asked by a Jew if he's a prophet, replied the following:

إنما أنا عبد من عبيد محمد صلى الله عليه وآله

I am only an 'abd (slave) from the slaves of Mohammad (sawa).

'Abd in this context means a servant or slave in the sense of complete obedience and not worship. The Quran also uses the word 'Abd for the non-worship sense too. Check 24:32.

Therefore, despite the unfathomable status of Imam Ali (as), he shows that he is in a lower position as compared to Rasullah (sawa) by expressing his obedience and veneration to him.

So then imagine the status of rasullah when someone such as Ali expresses such a statement!

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

You should check this with your marja because some scholars would state that if the intercourse was illegitimate such as the girl committing zina, then she would still count as a virgin and father's permission would be needed. If she however lost her virginity in a legitimate type of way then permission isn't needed.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

If you know that the white fluid is semen then you must perform the ghusl al janabah. If you also feel ejaculation after sexual excitement which causes this white liquid to come out then you do ghusl.
