Mut'ah is a type of marriage in Islam which has conditions like the agreement of both man and woman, and agreeing on a fixed amount of Mahr (Dowry) and both should be Muslims ( if the woman is from People of Book, man needs permission of his Muslim wife. If the female is a virgin, she needs the permission of her father or paternal grand father.

Both man and woman must be mature enough and with their full senses, and willing and able to abide to all the rules of the marriage.

'Marriage aims to protect people from falling in sinful sexual acts, so, when a Baligh person fears falling in sinful acts and feels that Mut'ah marriage or permanent marriage can help saving him from sinful acts, he can go for such marriage after fulfilling all its conditions.

We can pray for non Muslim parents, relatives and friends who are still alive, to Allah (SWT) to guide them to The Right Path and enlighten their hearts and minds with the light of the Truth.

For those who passed away as non Muslims, we can pray to Allah (SWT) to deal with them with His Mercy.

We are not allowed to seek forgiveness for those who insisted and died on Shirk (polytheism) as we read in Quran, Sura Tawbah, verse 113: It is not proper for the Prophet and the believers to seek forgiveness for the Mushriks, even though they be of kin.

It is not permissible to seek help of Jinns through black magic to harm other persons. Allah (SWT) says in Quran (And some men were seeking help from some Jinns but the Jinns added on their difficulties)Sura Al-Jinn, Verse 6. This means that seeking help of Jinns is bad and harmful.

Harming others through any way is also a sinful act. So, the aim of harming others is out of Muslim morals and the mean of Jinns is also bad.

Yes it is permissible to look at the Ka'bah during Qunoot because looking at the Ka'bah is a worship by itself. Nevertheless, it is always recommended during Qunoot of Prayers to look at your palms (inner side of your hands).

This narration is weak and not authentic because of its narrator (Jafar al-Khuza'ee) is unknown and never been authenticated by any of our Ulama. Al-Majlisi in Baharul Anwaar mentioned that this narration is weak.

Al-Kho'ee in Mo'jam Rijal al-Hadeeth stated that the narrator ( Jafar Al-Khzaa'ee is unknown.

'The authentic narrations in all Shia books and many Sunni books stated that this verse was revealed on the Day of Ghadeer. (Al-Kafi 1:289, and 1:198)

Many Sunni scholars narrated authentic Hadeeths that this verse was revealed on the Day of Ghadeer e.g.

1.Al-Tabari in his book Al-Wilayah,

2, Ibn Oqdah.

3. Ibn Asaakir.

4. Ibn Mardawayh.

5. Al-Hafidh Abu Na'eem in his book (Maha Nazala Min al-Quran Fi Ali).

6. Al-Khateeb al-Baghdadi in Tareekh Baghdad 8:290 .

7.al-Hafidh al-Sijistani in his book al-Wikayah.

8. Al-Khawarizmi in al-Manaaqib:page 80.

9. al-Hamaweeni al-Hanafi in Faraa'id al-Simtayn  in chapter 12.

No scholar can turn his face away from many authentic narrations and take instead a single weak narration.

As far as your students are from general public who can use the knowledge in good way, and you do not know for sure that they will misuse it in unlawful ways, you are permitted to teach them and give them your skill. If you are sure that a specific group of people will use the skill in unlawful work, then you should refrain from helping them to do unlawful work.

The grave is the beginning stage of Hereafter (Aakhirah). The grave of the believer is a garden from the Paradise, while the grave of the disbeliever is a part from the Hellfire.

Talqeen which is recited for very dead person mentions the main questions which are: Who is your Lord? Who is your prophet? Who are your Imams? etc.

The questions about the faith are the main questions in the grave. Nevertheless, our deeds will have an effect in out grave. Good deeds will have very good reflection in the grave, while bad deeds will have bad reflection as well.

The status of Ameerul Mo'mineen Ali (AS) is the greatest status after the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA), then the status of Fatimah (AS), then the status of Imam Hasan (AS), then Imam Husain (AS) then others Imams. We have narrations that the status of Imam Al-Mahdi (AS) is higher than the eight Imams before him.

No doubt, all the Infallible Imams are from one Noor.
