Hadeeth Al-Noor can be the famous Hadeeth narrated by Ibn Abbas from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) stating: The first who was created by Allah was the Noor of the Prophet Muhammad. This Hadeeth is narrated in many Sunni and Shia books.

There is another Hadeeth from the Prophet (SAWA) stating: My self and Ali were created from one Noor أنا وعلي ٬تم نور واحد.

Please specify which Hadeeth is meant in your question.

There is very clear evidence in Quran to follow The Twelve Imams after the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA). Allah (SWT) says: Obey whatever the Prophet tells you, and avoid whatever he orders you to avoid. (Sura 59, Verse 7). This order includes everything. That is why we don't find in Quran the mention of number of Rak'ats of our obligatory prayers (two for morning, 4 for Dhuhr, 4 for ASR, 3 four Maghrib and 4 for Esha) , but we took it from the Prophet (SAWA).

The Prophet (SAWA) has clearly stated that his successors will be twelve in Authentic Hadeeths narrated in Sunni and Shia books.

Muslim should be good citizen where ever he lives. Abiding to the laws of the land is part of the duties of good citizen. Many people try to decrease their tax liabilities through legal ways according to licensed tax advisors who advise citizens legally. It is permissible to seek and act upon such legal advice as it is in accordance to the law of the land.
Going against the law is very far from the Islamic teachings.

Intimate acts which do not include sexual intercourse do not mean that the marriage has been consummated. Marriage is consummated when sexual intercourse takes place. If there was no sexual intercourse, there will be no Iddah after divorce. Obviously you will then be entitled of half of the agreed Mahr, while if marriage was consummated, you will be entitled to the full Mahr.

You should continue trying to help your friend out of sinning as much as you can and whenever you find a suitable time and circumstance to do that. Even if you advice did not work under certain situation, you should keep trying as and when situation is suitable. The prophets and Ahlul Bayt (AS) never gave up advising people despite all the hardships. No doubt, you should be wise and follow the best ways to advise people according to their level of understanding and their circumstances. Allah says in Quran (Invite people to the Way of your Lord with wisdom and nice preaching) ادعُ إلى سبيل ربك بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة (16:125).

Lying is saying or expressing falsehood or untrue things. Making excuse depends on the excuse itself which can be true then it is true and permissible as we read in the life of Prophet Ebraheem (AS) in Quran when he wanted to avoid accompanying the wrong people by saying : I am sick ( Sura 37, verse 89).

But if the excuse is untrue e.g. telling someone: I have no money, when you do have money, then it is Haraam.

Avoiding Haraam act is Must and there is no space in the life of believers for unlawful acts willingly. Preventing Haraam in obligatory in every possible way.

Every human being who obeys Allah (SWT) despite his/ her desires, will get great reward. More sufferings in the obedience of Allah will lead to more reward.

Desires are not always good for the human being, but many sexual desires, financial desires, etc can be harmful in many situations, that is why, the wisdom says that we must keep our desires under the control of our intellect which is guided by the orders of our Creator (Allah).

The Infallible Imam has the maximum knowledge which is continuation of the knowledge of the Prophet (SAWA) which is from Allah , and has the absolute obedience of Allah (SWT) in each and every act he does and word he alters. Infallible Imam can never be away from the Twelve Imams mentioned by the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).

The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) has clearly said: My successors will be twelve. (Saheeh Bukhari, Hadeeth number 6682, Saheeh Muslim, Hadeeth number 3393, Tirmithi, Hadeeth number 2149 and hundreds of Sunni books as well as Shia books. The names of he twelve Imams were mentioned by the Prophet himself. We believe and follow the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) by believing and following the Twelve Imams after him. The forst Imam is Ameerul Mo'mineen Ali (AS) and the last Imam is Imam Al-Mahdi (AS).

Any other sect who claim Imams apart from teh Twelve Imams need to proof their claim from authentic Hadeeths. We have not seen any authentic evidence about Imams apart from the Twelve Imams.

Ismailies, Bohras etc are Muslims like any other Muslim sect.
