Any business which deals with interest is not allowed in Islam. Raising funds for loans with interest is also not allowed.

Social media marketing is like any other type of marketing, must avoid Haraam businesses.

Intentional looking at the sinful items is not permissible. If he looked at it with out intention to look at the bad, it won't be sinful. It always important to be away from sinful acts and be very precautious.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

Alhamdulilah you have realized the error of not wearing hijab. It is possible that there will not be a sin upon you for old pictures inshallah.

You should however try your hardest to get any of these pictures removed. Try to privately message the person who had tagged you and explain the situation.  If they refuse to remove these pictures, then they will be in violation of your rights and they will be also committing a sin if they are Muslims.

It may also be possible to message the social media platform and request a removal. All you can do is try and if it isn’t successful, you have fulfilled your duty.

May Allah grant you success

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

Many of us use social media as it can be beneficial in spreading Islam in addition to keeping in contact with those we know from friends and family.

Unfortunately on all platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, corruption may pop up from ads. If one unintentionally sees these types of things, then it is upon him to look away. If one would deliberately look at corrupt things whilst fasting, then it would of course decrease his reward but not break the fast.

Please watch a recent lecture I gave regarding this topic:

As for ghusl, this wouldn’t be needed unless you ejaculate. So if you see a haram picture by mistake and then you automatically ejaculate (which isn’t a common thing) then you would have to perform the ghusl of janabah.

May Allah grant you success

It is not Haraam , but not advisable for Muslim woman to do so especially if she is young.

If she displays her picture in public media with full Hijab, it will be the responsibility of Muslim men who know her, not to look at her picture.

Many Maraaji' of Taqleed say that it is not allowed for men to look at the photo of a woman whom they know even with Hijab.

Wassalam.
