Can I travel to Dubai with a trusted family friend or my sister's husband, instead of my uncle, who was meant to be my Mahram but is now uncertain about traveling, given that I believe I cannot go alone otherwise?

You should not travel with a non Mahram man, like your sister’s husband or a family friend.

Married 2 years ago without my parents’ consent, but nikah was done with a maulvi and my in-laws present. Husband is religious and respectful. Parents still disapprove due to family/status. What should I do?

You should keep on trying to gain your parents (mainly your father's) approval as much as you can. Nice behaviour and serving your parents might make have an impact on them.

We arrive in Makkah 1 day before Ramadan and will stay for 4 days. Can we pray full salah and fast? We will wear ihram at masjid al shajarah and take the train at night. How should men travel whilst avoiding shelter and looking after the family?

You are travelling, and will be there for less than 10 days, so you cannot fast or pray full. Only when you are in the Holy Haram, you can pray full.

Men should do the ihram evening time, and catch the train after that, so it is at night.

No one has the right to force you to marry whom they want against your wish. This is the Islamic rule in all Islamic Sunni and Shia sects.Forced marriage us invalid. It is your life and you have the full right to choose your husband who should be a suitable Muslim man who follows Ahlul Bayt (AS) like you.

You may try to convince your parents either directly with very polite way, or indirectly through persons who can convince them. You should never give up and put your life with a person who is not suitable for you or a person who might create obstacles in your way to Allah, the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS).
