When I stand still, my body is always in slight motion. Can I do Takbir al-Ihram while my body is in such a slight motion or must I keep repeating it until I am confident my body was perfectly still?

It is compulsory to keep the whole body still during reciting Takbeeratul Ehraam and every obligatory recitation. Any slight motion harms your prayer.

I am not sure if the ground at my school is Najis and sometimes in PE outside or during break I sit on the ground. Do my clothes or part of my body become impure?

No. Everything is Tahir for you until you know for sure that it is Najis. As you are not sure that the ground is Najis, you can consider it as Tahir.

When any part of our body or cloth is impure can we freely touch the impure area while doing our routine work even if sweat comes on our hands or body and touches those impure areas?

Yes, we are allowed to touch any part of our body even if it is impure, but if our hand or the impure part was wet, then our hand becomes impure also and needs to be washed with water to be pure again before performing Prayers.

Does Ghusl have to be done in the shower or can it be done in front of the sink where water is wiped on all parts of the body?

Ghusl does not need water flowing on the body, but needs just making any amount of water reach to every part of the body even by wiping water on all parts of the body. A big scholar in Najaf Ashraf who is Ayatullah Sayyed Muhammad Husain Al-Hakeem said: Ghusl can be performed with one cup of water by putting my hand in the cup of water then wiping over my head, face, neck, right side of body then left side of the body. Making the water touch by wiping to the whole body won't take more than one cup of water.
