Quran is very clear that Allah Created pairs in every creature but the concept of pairing which we have is not comprehensive for all creature as our knowledge is limited. Allah Knows the pairing in every creature even what we think single like asexual plants, animals, bacteria and viruses. We should never limit the facts of all creatures to our own limited thinking. Allah states in Quran (Allah creates what you do not know) (Sura An-Najm, verse 8).
The Creator Who Knows everything about all His creatures Knows the pairing of what Has Created. Our thinking is limited and superficial while His Knowledge is comprehensive and unlimited.
It is allowed to draw human animation for games if it is clear that it is not a real picture of a human being but just animation for games or any other lawful cause.
We can not force others to stop doing wrong. We should try our best to make them stop harming the animals, but we can not force them. After trying our best, we will not be responsible of what others do.
