Saying Takbir before ar after Sajda Sahw is not obligatory. Your Prayer is valid with out Takbir for Sajda Sahw.

When should the Takbir be said after Ruku during prayers? Some people say it during Ruku and then rise, while others say it after saying "Sami allahu liman hamidah" and before going down into Sujood?

Takbeer is recommended before and after actions of Salah, like Rukuu', Sojood. Takbeer should be said when you are steady not moving.

It is recommended to say between the two Sajdas : ASTAGHFIRULLAH RABBI WA ATOOBU ELAYH. أستغفر الله ربي وأتوب إليه.

It is also mentioned in some narrations to say between the two Sajdas: ALLAHUMMA EGHFIRLI WARHAMNI WA AJIRNI WADFA' ANNI, INNI LIMA ANZALTA ILAYYA MIN KHAIRIN FAQEER, TABARAKALLAHU RABBUL AALAMEEN اللهم إغفر لي وارحمني  وأجرني وادفع عني ، إني لما أنزلتَ إليَّ مِن خيرٍ فقير ، تبارَكَ اللهم صل على محمد وال محمد ربُّ العالمين
