I have built a storey with my own money on top of my mother's two storey building. Do I need to share the income from it to other legal heirs, my sisters and brother, after my mother's death?

Yes. The storey which you built is on the top of your mother's building. Your mother has right in that storey. This right goes to her heirs after her.

Both views are narrated. The story that she was the daughter of a Roman (Byzantine) king tends to be more popular, possibly because it is a more developed and engaging story.

This book offers a good discussion of the question. As you can see, it argues against the idea that she was a Roman princess on historical grounds.

Your stepfather who married your mother a fully consummated marriage is a Mahram for you and you don't need to wear Hijab in front of him. Same is his father.

Family unity is of vital importance. It sounds like there may be other issues here - more than that of halal food - possibly issues of balance of power between your parents. Why would your mother not want to be with your father? Is your father respected in the family? Do you have a close bond with him?
