I have a hesitation about consuming leftover food or using the same utensils as someone else because I believe it may be unclean. Will this be considered Takabbur by Allah?

Takabbur is feeling yourself higher or better than others. It is also bad to waste food.

Is it allowed to sit at a table where food is served, if the food was cooked with or contains alcohol as an ingredient?

Food containing alcohol is forbidden like alcohol is forbidden. We must avoid sitting on  such table.

No. Crab is not allowed to eat.

A lot of times we burn out food or the food that is cooked cannot be eaten for some reason. What should we do with the leftover food in such cases?

It would be best to put this food somewhere in your backyard or an open area, so birds can eat from it, as long as the food is not harmful to animals. Or if you have a compost bin.

If you have no way of getting rid of the food other than throwing it in the rubbish bin, then you have no option.
