We are been ordered by Allah (SWT) in Quran to obey the Prophet (SAWA) and by the Prophet to pray as the Prophet did. This means any Wudhu or worship away from what the Prophet did is invalid. The Prophet never washed his feet in Wudhu but he was always wiping over his feet. Washing the feet in Wudhu was created by some persons long time after the Prophet (SAWA).
Changing dress does not break your Wudhu at all and there is no difference in this matter between man or woman. Even if someone takes our all his or her dress in a closed room or bathroom, his or her Wudhu remains valid.
Thank you for your question. According to Shii jurists after wiping your head you should wipe your feet and the area which you wipe must be dry otherwise your wudu would be invalid.
If your Hijab and socks prevent you from performing proper Masah (مَسح Wiping) over your head and feet, then you must remove any cloth with prevents wiping over your head and feet which is must in Wudu.
