1. No human being will be forced to believe in the True Faith of Islam as it is clearly stated in Quran: No compulsion in religion. 2:256.

2. There is no question at all of killing a non Muslim for not converting to Islam. 
3. Jizyah is a tax paid by Kitabi non Muslims for the services they get from the Muslims government as they don't pay Zakat nor Khums unlike Muslim citizens. Non Kitabi non Muslims enjoy all services from the Muslim government and pay a tax to the government which is not Jizyah but an amount determined by the Muslim ruler if the government needs, and if the government does not need funds, can enjoy all the services free of charge.

4. Shia rulers in many parts of India never forced any Hindu or Buddhist or any non Muslim to convert to Islam, nor did they harmed them over centuries of their governments in Hyderabad, Bijapur, Awadh etc.

1- The book known as Seerat Ibn Is-haaq سيرة ابن اسحاق was complied by order of the Abbasside Khalif Abu Ja’far Al-Mansour who was a staunch enemy of Ahlul Bayt (AS) and he killed Imam Al-Sadiq (AS) and many pious persons from the family of Ahlul Bayt (AS). Abu Ja'far Al-Mansour did a lot against Ahlul Bayt and tried to create a new sect (Maliki sect) to drive Muslims away from Ahlul Bayt (AS). 2- No doubt, Ibn Is-haaq was trying to please Al-Mansour in his book.

3- Ibn Is-haaq narrated from Ibn Shihaab Al-Zohra who spent long years from his life in serving Bani Omayyah.

4- We don't take all the book of Ibn Is-haaq as authentic but we take from it the admission from them about few facts in the early history of Islam which they try to deny in other books.

5- Seerat Ibn Hishaam (Died 213 Hijri) is the modified copy from Seerat Ibn Is-haaq (Died 151 Hijri) and it is very famous as one of the very old books in history of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWA).

You should not travel with a non Mahram man, like your sister’s husband or a family friend.

You can use your savings to pay your mortgage before the date of your Khums, then when your date of Khums, you will have no savings to pay Khums from. But if your date of Khums comes and you have any savings,bayou must then pay Khums of that savings. Wassalam.

We can not say that this story is authentic at all though it is claimed by non Muslims. The great prophet Jesus (AS) will never allow a non Mahram woman to touch him.

Stories claimed by non Muslims should never be taken for granted but we must search for authentic sources if any before accepting it.

Every Muslim is responsible to avoid sinful acts as much as he can, but if he was been forced for something which he does not want, he will not be responsible because he was been forced despite all his efforts to avoid it.

If you use that 10000 in repaying your loan and nothing remains from it, then no Khums on it as you already spent it is repayment of your loan. If you don't intend to use it in repayment if your loan and want to keep it as a saving, then Khums is applicable on it like any other saving.
