Yes, it us permissible to shred papers with Quranic verses but don't put the shred papers in a bad place. You can recycle such papers or bury or put it in the water of sea, river or will.

Circumcision is obligatory in every Muslim male if he is still uncircumcised no matter what his age is. Uncircumcised Muslim male is not ritually impure though he is not allowed to perform Tawaf around the Ka'bah. He is allowed to perform all the other worship practices like Salah, fasting etc. preparing the body of your father after his demise  is valid even if you are still uncircumcised. I advise you to get circumcised as soon as you can.

When your mind gets distracted from your Prayers, it does not invalidate your Prayer though it is not the good situation of Prayers.

Your Prayers are valid as far as your Wudhu is valid and your body and clothes are Tahir (pure) and you perform all the obligatory acts of Salah.

It is very good to keep your mind in your Prayers but if your mind gets distracted, your Salah remains valid.

Forex Spot and CFD trading do not have possession so it is not a proper selling and buying according to Shariah, but it looks like commitment to buy or sell based on studying the market. Such commitment is permissible despite it is not a sale transaction in Shariah, nor gambling but just commitment to buy or sell under certain conditions after studying the market's movement.
