I often get doubts in my head and sometimes utter blasphemous things that later make me feel very guilty and scared. How can I get rid of this issue?

I suffer from Waswas in the form of blasphemy and doubts. I know I should ignore such thoughts but they are so bad it seems Haram to just ignore them without refuting them. What should I do?
