School

A school is an educational institution designed to provide learning spaces and learning environments for the teaching of students (or "pupils") under the direction of teachers. Most countries have systems of formal education, which is commonly compulsory. In these systems, students progress through a series of schools.

You can attend as far as there is no sinful act being openly committed. When they start playing sinful music or dancing, you should leave immediately and avoid sharing with them or silently witnessing any sinful act.

Your mother is concerned about your life and your future in this life and hereafter. She wants you to obey your Creator Who Created you and Who is looking after you in every moment. We don't enforce religion on others, but you need to understand and submit to the will of Allah on every Muslim female to wear Hijab. You question whether the action of your mother is allowed in Islam, leads me to ask you frankly: If you are really concerned about what is allowed or not allowed, then ask yourself : is it allowed in Islam for a female to go out with out Hijab?

It would depend upon what music is being played; what lyrics there are. Rulings on music among scholars are diverse. Ayatollah Sistani says that it is not permissible to listen to music that is used for frivolous entertainment or sexual provocation, meaning that music that is NOT used for frivolous entertainment or sexual provocation may be listened to; for example, music that is composed to praise God. Interestingly, even the same ruling exists in Buddhism. You should have a discussion with the teacher to ask what kind of music they intend to teach, as unfortunately nowadays children are exposed to many indecent and adult-level sounds and images, even at school.

No. Everything is Tahir for you until you know for sure that it is Najis. As you are not sure that the ground is Najis, you can consider it as Tahir.

I am not a mujtahid or faqih, but personally I would say that if this is what you can achieve under the circumstances, and this is what the school will allow, then that is an achievement. Many people pray one hour after awwal al-waqt (the first moment prayer comes in) without even thinking about it too much. If the school can gradually, and in a friendly way, be persuaded to allow you to pray at awwal al-waqt, then that will be even better. Maybe you can in a friendly way say "Thank you" for their accommodation, and that if they can manage to allow you to pray on time, then that would be even better, and if they can't manage that for you for now, hopefully in the future maybe they can.

If you make the room a beautiful place to pray in, and also keep it clean and tidy, that will go some way to making them more favourable towards what you need inshaAllah.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

If she can maintain hijab and stay with the Islamic boundaries, then there isn't an issue. If for example there may be some activities such as music and singing, she must avoid such things and only partake in activities which don't go against Islamic teachings and hijab.

May Allah grant you success

It is allowed for Muslims who understand Islam with its evidence to study in schools belong to non Muslims because Islam promotes useful knowledge from any one, but it is not allowed for a Muslim to take part in any non Islamic worship because it is wrong worship and your participation can give wrong message that you approve their worship despite Islamic rule that it is wrong.

Attending school assembly is permissible as far as it does not include a wrong worship. Christian schools keep on claiming that they do not force any non Christian student to attend Christian religious gatherings. If you are under pressure to attend church, you have full right to report those who force you.

Bad friends can harm you more than your enemies. Never indulge in wrong even if your friends do. You must be careful that your friends don't make you lose your pious character nor make you share their bad acts.

Divorce is the most disliked act although it is allowed when it does not involve injustice.

'There are conditions for valid divorce, e,g, Wife should not be during her monthly period of menstruation, nor during purity days when she has had sexual intercourse with her husband. Husband should not be forced or under pressure to divorce his wife. Two pious witnesses who witness the declaration of divorce by the husband or his attorney.

There is no three Talaq in one time at all.
