If the virgin girl has no living father but has a paternal grand father, his permission or approval will be enough. If she has no living father nor paternal grand father, then she can decide herself for herself and does not need a permission from other family members.

You will need to seek consent from her father.

Mut'ah is for certain circumstances that would be of benefit, and therefore plans should always be made towards Nikah marriage.

Hijab is an obligation, and it is obligatory for every Muslim man and woman to observe their hijab, according to the boundaries and requirements of dress code set for each gender.

Is it permissible for a boy or man to become a father through IVF or any other alternative means?

IVF is a medical procedure which arranges the semen of the husband to mix with the egg of the wife in test tubes under certain conditions to reach to a fertile zygote. This medical procedure by itself is permissible but it should not involve sinful acts like musterbating by other than the wife to her husband or the husband for his wife to take semen or egg, or looking at private parts of any of the couple by outsiders.

Family unity is of vital importance. It sounds like there may be other issues here - more than that of halal food - possibly issues of balance of power between your parents. Why would your mother not want to be with your father? Is your father respected in the family? Do you have a close bond with him?

If a person passes away, and later their daughter, who had no children, also passes away after her father, is the husband of the daughter entitled to a share of the wealth of her wife's father?

Widowed husband has share of the wealth of his late wife. If she has inherited from her father, her husband has share in her estate. If she had any children then her husband gets one quarter but if she had no children at all neither from him or from previous marriage then her husband gets half of whatever she left.

Is it necessary to obtain the consent of the guardian of a Sunni virgin girl before entering into a Mutah marriage, even if her Fiqh permits her to marry without her father's permission?

If her Fiqh really permits her to marry without her father's permission, then you will be allowed to deal with her in marriage contract according to her own Fiqh.

Using Unlawful money is not allowed at all. It must be returned to the real owners.

Is there a Dua to make people who owe my dad money give it back? Why isn't Allah helping him despite his previous help to others?

Allah is helping us in each and every matter, but sometimes people do wrong to themselves and to others. Those who are not paying back the rights of others are doing wrong and they will face the sequences of their bad deeds. You should never blame Allah (SWT) for the behaviour of people.

You should supplicate to Allah to help us more and enable us to face the challenges of life.
