Is it permissible for me, a Shia man, to marry a Sunni woman when my mother disagrees?

Shia man is allowed to marry a Muslim woman from any Muslim sect as far as such marriage will not harm his faith and religious practice. If your mother is disagreeing, then you need to do everything you can to convince her and make agree without forcing her. You should never cause anything which hurts the respect or the feeling of your parents.

I am a revert planning to marry my non-Muslim soon-to-be husband next month. My mother is blackmailing me and I feel guilty for not fully adhering to Islam. Do I have any options in this situation?

If you are a Muslim female, it isn't permitted to marry a non-Muslim man. Such a marriage wouldn't be valid. You should find a way to not listen to your mother if she is the one trying to force you to marry a non-Muslim.

Is it permissible for a Shia girl, who has converted from Sunni Islam, to marry a Sunni boy solely for the sake of her mother's happiness, despite her awareness of the truth of her belief?

Marriage between Muslims from any Islamic sect is permissible in principle, but if you know that this marriage can harm your faith or religious practice, then you should avoid it because saving your faith and religious practice is more important than marriage. Your mother's happiness can not be through endangering your future. You should explain to her in suitable and polite way your situation and never allow such forced marriage if you feel that it can harm your faith or religious practice.

What should I believe when my own Istikhara for marrying a person came out positive, but my mother and her Peer's Istikhara came out negative?

No one is bound to follow the Istekhara of others even your parents because it was based on their intention not yours. You must always keep the respect of your parents and avoid hurting their feelings.
