Abortion is not allowed in Islam at all unless to save the life of the mother. Those who help in abortion except for saving mother's life are committing a major sin and the money earned for Abortion is unlawful. You should advise her not to ruin her life by committing a major sin no matter how much money she might earn, because it is unlawful money and the sinful act will lead to hellfire.

Is it possible for a woman to remarry the same man after obtaining a Khula without having to marry someone else first, as is typically required in a divorce?

She can remarry the same man after she invalidates the Khul’a by talking back what she gave to him,then the Khul’a will turn into usual Talaq and then she can re marry to him. Most people misunderstand the meaning if Khula and think that it a one sided divorce from the wife to her husband. Khul’a in fact is a type of Talaq in which the wife gives an amount to her husband to make agree to divorce her, i.e. she pays him to free her from the bond of marriage. If she takes back what she gave him, the Khul’a will be invalid and the divorce will be a usual one Talaq.

Is it true that a post-menopausal woman is not required to observe Iddah after marriage, whether permanent or temporary? Does this rule also extend to women of any age who have undergone a hysterectomy and no longer menstruate?

Yes, post-menopausal woman does not require to observe Iddah after divorce or termination of a temporary marriage. This rule is only for those women who have no menstruation because of their passing the age of menstruation. This rule does not extend to women who had hysterectomy and no longer menstruate. Such women who are in the age of menstruation require Iddah.

It is worth mentioning that Iddah of Wafat after the death of the husband is obligatory on every wife. It is four months and ten days from her knowledge about his death.

No , it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to touch a non Mahram man even with gloves unless there was an urgency. Cosmetic procedures are not life saving medical urgency, that is why it is not a valid reason for a Muslim woman to touch a non Mahram man even with gloves.

It is not permissible to display or show a non Hijabi female for males who are not allowed to look at her. Money earned from sinful act is not allowed.

It is good to see whether you are attracted to someone before marrying them (although attraction tends to be different from just specific features, such as height).

There is nothing wrong with considering height or certain traits of appearance, but sometimes people have a bias about what sorts of features they like or dislike, and this might lead to rejecting someone who you might otherwise be compatible with. So it is good to keep an open mind about what a prospective husband might look like. Someone who looks different from the idea you have in mind could be a pleasant surprise!

Women wearing full Hijab will be in the Paradise because they have obeyed Allah, the Prophet (SAWA) and Ahlul Bayt (AS). We have many Hadeeths about the sever punishment of women who expose their hair or body and don't observe Hijab especially in Hadeeth al-Mi'raaj in which the Prophet (SAWA) was shown the punishment of women who were not wearing Hijab and how they were been hanged in the Hellfire.
