Yes, you can perform wudhu' right after your ghusl, but for wudhu' it is a necessary condition that your head and your feet be dry when you want to wipe them.

Once you finish your ghusl, dry yourself down, and then do wudhu'. Another option is do your wudhu' before you do the ghusl.

And Allah knows best.

Bismillah,

Asalamu Alaykom,

Check in your Islamic laws book of your marja for details and conditions of when to perform this. It is like a normal  ghusl with a different intention.

Wudu isn't needed after ghusl al janabah and you would automatically have wudu unless you break it during or after your ghusl. For other non-janabah ghusls wudu must be made after if you wish to pray. If your marja states ghusl al hayd gives wudu or ghusl al juma' then you may follow this.

May Allah grant you success

Not compulsory. Although it is always recommended to be with Wudhu as much as you can, but it is not obligatory to be with Wudhu for reciting Ziyarat or for reciting Quran or reciting Du'a. It is just recommended and not obligatory.

No, it is not allowed to wipe over the Hijab for Wudhu. Wiping for Wudhu must be on the head or the hair itself and not on cloth covering the head.

Wiping over the feet is an obligatory part of Wudhu, but washing legs is not a part of Wudhu and can not be done as part of Wudhu. You can wash your legs any time but never think that it a part of Wudhu, otherwise it will be a Bid'ah.

Thank you for your question. Wudhu with a general intention is valid until something a person performs something that invalidates it, such as sleeping, passing wind, urine or feces, entering the state of janabah, istihadah for a woman or intoxication.

May you always be successful.
