In Islam, rūḥ (روح; plural arwah) is a person's immortal, essential self — pneuma, i.e. the "spirit" or "soul".
Thank you for your question. The body, mind and ruh are all levels of the human soul. The body is the manifests the of the soul on the material plane. The mind is the manifestation of the soul comprising a number of levels and the ruh is a deeper aspect of the soul. They are affected by each other and this is most clearly observed in the mind, which receives information from the bodily senses and inspiration from the ruh.
