If she asks you, you must tell the truth and never lie. If she did not ask you, you are not obliged to inform her about your personal life. She is also not obliged to inform you about her personal life.

Main point here is the honesty and truthfulness in our life as Muslims.

Because it is a temporary mut'ah contract, you or her have no obligations towards each other, so, from a shar'i perspective you do not need to inform her about your personal life.

Should this evolve into something serious, you must always try to be honest and straightforward with your circumstances and not conceal important information that would affect a relationship.

With prayers for your success.

Seeking consent from the wali amr, or the guardian of an virgin female for the purpose of marriage or mut'ah is compulsory, even if she comes from a non-Muslim family.

For details of this and specific information, refer to your Marja' taqleed.

And Allah knows best.

A temporary marriage contract cannot be "converted" to a permanent marriage. What would need to be done is the man says to the woman he is in a mutah contract with that he frees her for the remaining period of their contract, and they can then do a permanent marriage contract.

Of course, they would need to agree on a mahr as well, and there is no 'iddah period, because he will be marrying the same person he was with. This means that once he frees her of the remaining mutah period, they can straight away do the permanent marriage.

And Allah knows best.

Mut'ah marriage is a type of marriage in Islam. It has been mentioned in Quran (Sura 4, Verse 24).  Your confusion might be because of misinformation. You can read about this Islamic marriage on many websites including www.al-Islam.org.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) taught the Muslim this type of marriage to save themselves from sinful sexual acts. It was practiced by Muslims during the time of the Prophet (SAWA) and government of Abu Bakr and part of the time of Umar, who banned it admitting that it was allowed by the Prophet himself. Hundreds of Hadeeths mentioned Mut'ah marriage in Shia and Sunni books including Bukhari and Muslim books of Hadeeth.

Mut'ah marriage is similar to permanent marriage in many conditions with few differences. Mut'ah marriage has a Mahr like permanent marriage and can never be allowed with an existing married woman just like permanent marriage.

Mut'ah marriage has a fixed agreed time and it does end by the end of the agreed time. No inheritance between them in Mut'ah marriage nor financial liability of livelihood unless agreed in the agreement of the marriage.

The  children from Mut'ah marriage have all the rights of children from permanent marriage.

Waiting period after Mut'ah marriage is two menstrual periods.

Not at all. It is impossible for a married woman to even think about any sexual matter with any one apart from her husband.

Mut'ah is a type of marriage. As it is impossible for a married woman to marry another man while she is already married, it is impossible for her to do Mut'ah while is she is married.

You might need to consult a lady doctor for a medical advice to control your very high sex drive. It is always good to discuss such matters with your husband.

Loyalty and honouring one's word is the most valuable and most important of qualities a person can have. If your commitment to your word is weak, or you have no consideration to honouring your promise, what else is there?

Both the female, and the male as well have a commitment to stay loyal and honour their agreement. Betraying this, and violating the promise or contract given is not only a major sin, but could also weaken the very relationship in the case they wish to pursue for marriage. It will always be hovering over them that they betrayed the amanah given to them.

Yes, they can do what they are comfortable with, but stay within the permitter of the agreement.

If what you mean by "physical contact", as in no sexual intercourse, then they can have physical intimacy, but no penetration. This is a common condition fathers place, so this is left for consummation of marriage on wedding night.

If what you mean by "physical contact" is no physical contact whatsoever, then I think this was an unfair condition, and they should speak to her father and explain that this is unrealistic. Or, they can decide if marriage is the best option for them, and hasten that. If, of course, they find each other to be compatible and happy with marriage.

In any case, violating an agreement, especially if it is a condition in the contract is haram and sinful.

Best thing to do is negotiate for a change.

With prayers for your success.

Shia Muslims believe in and follow the truth only. The narration you referred to is a fabricated one as leading Sunni Shaikhs including Umar ibn al-Khttab never believed that Mut'ah marriage was prohibited anytime during the life of the Prophet (SAWA). That is why Umar has clearly said about Mut'ah: It was allowed during the time of the Messenger of Allah and I am prohibiting it. ( Musnad Aahmad Ibn Hanbal and Sunan al-Bayhaqi and Saheeh Muslim and many other Sunni sources).

If your non Shia father refuses to allow your marriage with a good Believing person, for no valid reason, and you need the marriage to save yourself from falling in sin, you can refer to your Marja' of Taqleed to seek his guidance.

It is disliked for a virgin girl to do Mut'ah marriage.

The fiqhi ruling for this is the same for any wali amr, and she would need the consent of her father, whether he is Muslim or not. This is in the case that she has not been married before and is not completely independent in everything she does (balighah/rashidah).

And Allah knows best.

If she wanted you to recite on her behalf and both of you agree the period (Muddah) of marriage and the (Mahr), you say: ZAWWAJTU MOWAKKILATI (her name) LINAFSI 'ALAL MAHR AL-MA'LOOM LIL MUDDATIL MA'LOOMAH. Then say immediately: QABILTU ATTAZWEEJA LINAFSI 'ALAL MAHRIL MA'LOOM LIL MUDDATIL MA'LOOMAH.

If your Arabic is not proper, you should seek help from a person who can pronounce a Arabic properly.

If she is from People of Book (Ahlul Kitab non Muslims) and you have already  a Muslim wife in permanent marriage, you need the permission of your Muslim wife before engaging in temporary marriage with a woman from Ahlul Kitab ( Christian , Jewish, Zaorastrians).
