When I wipe my head during Wudhu, I use my other hand to adjust my hair so that I can reach the scalp. However, when I do adjust that the hair already gets wet by my other hand. Is this valid?

The place of Mas-h مسح in Wudhu must be dry before wiping over it. Your other hand is making it wet before wiping which is wrong.
