If their situation was critical and they call you for an urgent help, then it will be allowed for you to interrupt prayer to help them.
If they don't have an urgent need for help, you can raise your voice to make them know that you are in prayers (e.g. saying Allahu Akbar or SubhanaAllah) and try to complete your prayer quickly then reply them.
