Salah ("worship", ‏صلاة‎; pl. ‏صلوات‎ ṣalawāt; also salat), or namāz (Persian: نَماز‎) in some languages, is one of the Five Pillars in the faith of Islam and an obligatory religious duty for every Muslim (Male & Female, with certain exemptions based on Taqwa). It is a physical, mental, and spiritual act of worship that is observed five times every day at prescribed times.

If you are sure that an item is Najis, you must avoid using it in your Prayers. If you are not sure that it is Najis, you can consider it as Taahir unless you want to practice Ehtiyaat (precaution).

That's very good that you plan your itinerary around your prayer time. This will definitely bring barakah to you in this life and the hereafter.

Such scenarios do not exempt you from not praying, and that is a major sin. If it is a matter of delaying from the recommended time, but still in the shar'i time, that's fine.

Just base things on individual scenarios that you encounter, and make correct judgments accordingly.

I have been making a mistake in Surah Al-Fatihah for about two years. Should I repeat all my prayers, or will Allah forgive me without having to do so?

If your mistake in the reciting of Sura Al-Fatimah was unintentional and due to un avoidable ignorance, you don't need to repeat you Prayers.

Where can I find the full list of paired Surahs that should be recited together? Also, in a prayer, is the first Rak'ah recitation Surah Fatiha + Surah Fil and the second Rak'ah Surah Fatiha + Quraysh, or is it Surah Fatiha + Fil + Quraysh for both?

The paired Suras are which need to recited together in Salah are 1. Sura Al-Feel with Sura Quraish

2. Sura Al-Dhuha with Sura Alam Nashrah .

in every Raka'at after Sura Al-Fatiha if you recite any of the above Suras, you must recite after this t the other Sura with it.

If someone is unsure whether they have completed four or five Rak'ahs, should they sit, recite the Tashahhud and Salam, then perform one Rak'ah of Salat al-Ihtiyat while standing, or two Rak'ahs while sitting?

In case of the doubt between four of five Rak'ats,nyou should take it as four and recite Tashahhud and Salam, then perform two Sajda of Sahw. There no Salat al-Ehtiyat in this case.

What should I do if I made a minor mistake during my prayer? Should I repeat the prayer, or can I proceed with Sajda Sahw?

It depends on the mistake. If the mistake was unintentional and does not involve basic obligatory acts of Salah, then Salah is valid. If write clearly what was the situation, the reply will be more clear.

In congregational prayers, why are women required to stand behind men in the prayer rows? Does this not seem unfair to women? Shouldn't the rows for men and women be positioned next to one another?

It is important to keep the respect of women not to bow in Ruku' and prostrate in Sujood in front of men. Men should not see the women bowing down or prostrating. The rows of women should be behind the rows of men.

Masjid . Salah (Prayers)

When the prayer begins in the mosque and the first row is full, should the second row start from the middle? Additionally, when more people arrive, should they fill the second row from the right side or the left side?

When first town in congregational prayer is full, second row should start from the middle behind the Imam of Jama'ah. Filling the second row by standing on the right side is more recommended than left side of the Imam of Jama'ah.

Is a very small amount of Istihadha considered Najis? If I discover that I had a tiny amount of Istihadha immediately after my prayer, does that render my prayer invalid?

Istihadha requires you to perform Wudhu for every single Salah whether obligatory or recommended. If the Istihadha has occurred before performing your Salah, your every Salah needs to be with a new Wudhu.

If Istihadha occurred immediately after you performed your Prayers,v your Prayers which performed are valid, but coming prayers need a new Wudhu for every Prayer. This is when the blood is little which does not fill the pad.

If someone wakes up for Fajr and prays at the masjid, should they make supplication before going back to sleep, or is it permissible to sleep without making any supplication?

It is highly recommended to recite Ta'beebaat and supplications after every Peater , especially after Fajr Prayer. It is not obligatory but highly recommended.
