No action is due on you.

Qadha fast can be broken deliberately any time before Zawaal (Midday or Dhuhr time)..

If Dhuhr time comes then it will be Haraam to break a Qadha fast.

No. Everything is Tahir for you until you know for sure that it is Najis. As you are not sure that the ground is Najis, you can consider it as Tahir.

Yes, fast is invalid immediately on the start of menstruation even if it starts few minutes before Maghrib. She will get her reward for the time which she fasted in that day, and she can eat or drink immediately, hut she must keep Qadha fast after the month of Ramadan.

Touching something will not break one's wudhu`, unless it is the touching of a dead human body after it gets cold, and before it is washed.

For anything else, najis or not, just touching it will not break wudhu`. Of course, if it is wet, and your hand gets contaminated with najasah, all you need to do is wash it.

As for touching something dirty, the same thing, and no, from a shar'i perspective it is not necessary to 'wash' your hands if it is just dirty and not najis.

And Allah knows best.

It is recommended for the women during her menstruation period to perform Wudhu in the time of Prayers and wear her prayers dress and sit on her place of prayers and be busy in remembering Allah for time like her prayer time. This Wudhu break like any other Wudhu although such Wudhu does not allow her to perform Namaz because of her menstruation.

There is no outward sin in doing that, that but it could be a sign of a deeper issue in the family relationship that needs resolution, perhaps with the help of local counsellors.

I would like to add that it is indeed recommended to perform one's prayer before breaking their fast, unless there is someone else waiting for them to break their fast, in which case it would be recommended to break fast with them, and then pray.

And Allah knows best.
