Thank you for your question. You can so some recommended acts and not others but you must perform all of the necessary acts for wudu to be valid (intention, washing the face once, washing the right hand from the elbow to fingertips once, washing the left arm in the same way one, wiping the front part of the head, wiping both feet) according to Jaffari jurisprudence.

We must try our best to perform every Prayer within its time and never miss any Prayer as much as we can. If God firbid, Fajr Namaz is missed, we must perform its Qaza as soon as we can. There is no condition to perform Ghusl of Jum’a before performing the Qaza although Ghusl Jum’a is very great recommended Ghusl, but you can perform the Qaza of Fajr with Wudhu only or after Ghusl Jum’a if you wish but Ghusl Jum’a is not obligatory nor a condition for Qaza Namaz.

As this matter is a new matter, and the monitor prevents water from reaching to part of your skin, many of our Maraaji' of Taqleed say that you need to perform both Ghusl and Tayammum. During the Ghusl, you need to wipe over the monitor on your body.

Hair does not to be completely dry for Mas-h in Wudu. Water remains on the hands should overcome the moisture or wetness on the hair.

Sleep which makes us unable to see and unable to hear invalidates Wudu as we will be out of our senses during such sleep.
It is not obligatory to perform Wudu after waking up from sleep, unless we need to perform Prayer. It is recommended to perform Wudu when ever our Wudu is broken e,g after using toilet and after waking up from sleep. Being always with Wudu is highly recommended and has great benefits in this life and hereafter.

Touching any Najis item including dogs or its urine etc does need Ghusl at all. You need to wash the part which touched the Najis item with water, then perform Wudhu and pray. It is a sinful act to delay performing the Prayer till it's time goes. Performing the Qadha namaz will not omit the sin of not praying within the time of the prayer.
You must perform your Namaz within its time under any circumstance.

Bismillah,
Asalamu Alaykom
Firstly I commend you for trying to keep up your Salah while working in an environment which can be difficult and limited in space.
If you are shia Muslim, washing the feet isn't needed; one simply needs to wipe the feet which can be easily done while sitting in a bathroom. Also wearing make up for women in front of non mahram men is not permissible according to most ulema and the make up should not be that which would block one's wudu by preventing water reaching the skin. It could be possible one makes wudu before applying make up however this could be difficult to hold until Salah time.
Also it's possible to delay your Salah until landing if it wouldn't become qada if that would be easier. In some cases, you could wait to pray once you reach a prayer of hotel room.

As Muslims, we do istinja`, or wash ourselves after using the toilet, not only because it is more hygienic and cleaner, but also to stay in the state of taharah, especially for salat.
This is necessary, wherever you may be, even in public office, if you are there regularly. You can use a water bottle, and it does not need to be excessive amount of water as well.
If you do not wash yourself, then no, you cannot pray in such a state, especially if it is after urinating. Your option is to either wait until you go back home, wash yourself, and then pray, or do as recommended above, and pray on time.

Henna does not invalidate Wudu because it is just a color and not a layer on the skin which can prevent water from reaching the skin. Any color on the skin which has no layer but just color does not harm Wudu.

It is permissible to wipe off the water of Wudhu, but it is recommended to leave it to dry by itself. The Hadeeth narrated from the Prophet (SAWA) states: Who performs Wudhu and wipes its water will get one reward, and who performs Wudhu and does not wipe it will get thirty rewards. (Thawab Al-A'maal by al-Sadouq, page 32.)
